in this part, we get a much-needed tone shift.. it starts to dawn on Luigi and Black Yoshi how crazy messed up this situation is, and Luigi starts feeling like something is missing in the puzzle..
next part, we can finally go back to what Chef Pee Pee and Alien are doing! and maybe Mario.. don’t really know which one I’ll pick first. maybe both scenarios?
// Jeffy has just revealed that Feebee is the next target for the soul mission.
Marvin: ..Feebee? Why does that sound familiar?
Jeffy: She was my sister, daddy.
Marvin: Oh yeah. Didn’t you tell me she got hit by a car and died?
Jeffy: Nope. That was just another dream I had. She died of cancer.
Marvin: ..what?
Jeffy: Yeah. I managed to find her obituary. Turns out real mommy thought she was sick, then when Feebee died of the cancer one day, she buried her somewhere and didn’t tell me.
Marvin: How come you didn’t tell us?
Jeffy: I actually found this out before I met you. Real mommy beat me up really hard so I was too scared to tell anyone, and it was a repressed memory for years. Then I kept having dreams of her still being alive sometimes.
Luigi: Wait, so.. how are you supposed to rest Feebee’s soul, her being dead?
Jeffy: That’s the thing. I once created an alter ego of her for a song.
Marvin: ..Huh? What??
Jeffy: Yeah. Who do you think was the other voice in “I Don’t Know Where You Went”?
Joseph: Uh..
Junior: So, does anyone else think that’s a bit messed up?
Cody: I mean.. it was in her memory. It’s not that messed up..
Black Yoshi: Y’know, it just dawned on me how something else Jeffy be, folk.
Luigi: I mean, it’s really not much crazier than anything else we witnessed.
Black Yoshi: Man, he can bring back the dead!
Luigi: I don’t think that’s how it works, Black Yoshi.
Marvin: So where is Feebee supposed to be at?
Jeffy: Through the secret door.
Marvin: What? Why would she be in there?
Jeffy: That’s where I store my unused alter egos and props.
Marvin: How long has she been in there?
Jeffy: Uh.. it’s been like at least a couple months since that song. She doesn’t need food or water though. Only I do, and all my egos still live just fine.
Junior: Okay, see what I mean? This is super weird!
Cody: Well, it’s not like we have to follow him there, at least.
Junior: Yeah, that’s a good idea. I kinda wanna waltz around in the void now.
Luigi: No! No. It’s too dangerous.
Junior: Why?
Luigi: The void is clearly an unpredictable place. You do not wanna go there.
Luigi: Marvin, Rose, you stay behind and make sure those youngsters don’t do something stupid. Me and Black Yoshi will tag along with Jeffy through whatever the secret door is.
Rose: Yeah, we can do that.
Marvin: Yeah.
Junior: Ugh, lame.. Isn’t that right, Cody?
Cody: Y-yeah. I guess.
Jeffy: Alrighty. Follow me.
// Luigi and Black Yoshi follow Jeffy to the secret door, which holds a few miscellaneous alter egos not yet seen in this story, plus Feebee. They are Jeffy App Salesman, Handsome Jeffy, and Old Jeffy.
JAS: Greetings sir, I am Jeffy A. Salesman. We’ve been trying to reach to you about your car’s extended warranty.
Handsome Jeffy: I don’t have a car.

Old Jeffy: Hey hey hey hey! Shut up, damn whippersnapper! I can barely hear myself think!

Black Yoshi: Did we jus walk into a madhouse???
Jeffy: Maybe.
Luigi: More importantly, where’s Feebee?
Jeffy: Usually in the back. You can just ignore those other three. Here, follow me.
Luigi: Ok…
// Luigi and Black Yoshi awkwardly follow Jeffy to where Feebee is in the back.
Jeffy: Ah, there she is. Right where I left her.
// Unsettlement follows as the two of them stare at Feebee, stood up, with a monotone and otherwise lifeless face and body.
Luigi: ..Okay?
Black Yoshi: It’s like she a statue or some shit..
Jeffy: That’s the point. She wasn’t made to be alive.
Luigi: ..a stillborn??
Jeffy: No, I just puppeted her for that one part of the song. Made it seem like two people were talking.
Luigi: Oh, huh.. that’s great, I guess.
// Luigi and Black Yoshi look at each other, puzzled as Jeffy grabs Feebee’s hand, and her body disappears as the soul returns to him.
Jeffy: Welp, that’s done! Time for the rest of you to go.
Old Jeffy: ..whuh??
Handsome Jeffy: Wait, what do you mean??
Jeffy: I have to absorb your souls now, too, obviously.
Old Jeffy: Ugh.. fine, sonny.
JAS: Buy a new domain and get GoDaddy AI tools to help launch your business!
// Old Jeffy, Handsome Jeffy, and Jeffy App Salesman line up to get absorbed.
Jeffy: Alright. That should be almost everyone.
Black Yoshi: Who could possibly be left?
Jeffy: Other than Jeff-ton, who we still need to figure out how to get to, there is this one other entity I have created. He should be in the void.
Luigi: Should we come with you, then?
Jeffy: No, I’ll go alone.
Luigi: Alone? But wouldn’t that make you an easy target for getting captured?
Jeffy: Nah, Miyamoto would be too busy planning his next move. Wizard man’s kicking alien ass, and all.
Black Yoshi: Could hes have encountered Miyamotus by now?
Jeffy: If he’s somehow not back yet, probably. I want to do my part now.
Luigi: Well uh, good luck.
Jeffy: Great!
// Jeffy leaves the room.
Black Yoshi: Shit be gettin crazy now, folk. I don’t know what to say.
Luigi: It’s dawning on you how weird this is too, huh?
Black Yoshi: Think so.
Luigi: I need to talk to Marvin in private, alright?
Black Yoshi: Sound good, Luigi.
// Luigi goes outside the house to approach Marvin and Rose.
Luigi: ‘Scuse me, but I need to talk to Marvin in private.
Rose: Oh, uh, alright.
Marvin: Sure thing.
// Luigi leaves with Marvin.
Junior: What’s so important that he can’t tell us about?
Joseph: Right?
Cody: Calm down, maybe Jeffy did get it done.
Joseph: Where even is he?
Cody: Not sure, maybe Luigi will tell us once they’re done talking.
// Farther away..
Marvin: So what happened in there?
Luigi: Jeffy got her, and the other three alter egos he had in there absorbed just fine, but..
Marvin: But what?
Luigi: Feebee really was.. just a puppet for that song, or whatever it was. She was standing, eyes open, but she wasn’t actually alive.
Marvin: That is strange, but what’s getting you worked up?
Luigi: I don’t know, it seems like she SHOULD have been alive. Jeffy has been acting like it was normal, and it’s not sitting right with me.
Luigi: I think we’ve yet to see the full story. You should know, right? You’ve dealt with him for years.
Marvin: He was quite the handful. Mostly for comedic effect, I guess, but I don’t really know what you’re getting at.
Luigi: I just.. Something isn’t right here. Feels incomplete,
Marvin: Why? What really happened??
Luigi: Nothing, Jeffy just absorbed those four egos and went to the void to get another.
Marvin: Then what’s wrong??
Luigi: I don’t know.. I think I’m worrying too much. Feels like it’s just dawning on me how crazy all this is.
Marvin: Yeah, no kidding.. Changing the subject, who’s Jeffy going to get now?
Luigi: I don’t know. He didn’t say his name.
Marvin: Could it be Lil’ Nigga?
Luigi: ..Lil WHAT now??
Marvin: Yeah, that’s his actual name. Some rapper dude who came out of nowhere to accompany the J-Fee thing. He once dragged me to the void for not having money to pay him. It was just a prank though..
Luigi: Hmm.. I feel like we should both go to the void and check to make sure. I find it suspicious he didn’t say his name. Though that could just be because Black Yoshi was in the same room.
Marvin: *chuckles* yeah.. Yeah, we can go. I’ve just been a sitting duck for most of this. It’s about time I stop doing nothing.
Luigi: Be prepared for anything. You may not be Mario, but whatever happens, I know we can brace through. Just like old times.
Marvin: Here goes nothing..
