FIRST SAGA FINALEEEEEE
Don't worry, this is far from the actual ending of the movie. This is just the first saga of it. The first saga ending is reality striking the heroes; the hopelessness that Miyamoto imposes due to his absolute power over this reality. But at the same time, loose ends still persist, giving way to the second saga.
Did Alien make the right choice to abandon the group and fly off to space after all? You shall see... ;)
// Wizard Guy is about to be tested by Mario.
Mario: If you're really there to help us, you WILL give me the god powers that Bowser had.
Wizard: ..What?
Mario: You heard me.
Wizard: But Mario, I'm fairly certain it may not be possible.
Mario: Oh, why not?
Wizard: Because I'm not from this timeline. I don't think it'll have the same effect.
Mario: BULLSHIT! Just get me in the same fucking timeline you came from and THEN do it.
Wizard: But I can't just travel back in time! That's one of my limits! And even if I could, you'd just be as limited as me anyway!

// The worst case scenario has befallen them, as Miyamoto looms over the area.
Mario: No.. This, this has to be a joke..
Wizard: I told you!
Mario: SHUT UP! You set me up! You were a clone created by him to distract us until his arrival!
Wizard: And I keep telling you, it's not like that!
Miyamoto: Tell you what. I will give you three solid minutes to run wherever you feel like. It won't matter anyway. I'll always find you.

Jeff-ton: EVERYONE INSIDE THE HOUSE! NOW!
Chef Pee Pee: O-Okay!
// Mario, Chef Pee Pee, Jeff-ton and Wizard Guy runs inside, but Alien just goes around the house to his ship.
Alien: I'm getting FAR away from this planet!
// Alien goes inside the spaceship and takes off to space.
// Inside the house..
Mario: Is that wizard dude tagging along??
Jeff-ton: Yes, there's no time! We need to go in the void!
Mario: That place?!
Chef Pee Pee: Where did the alien go??
Jeff-ton: NO TIME!
// Jeff-ton summons a ball of darkness that engulfs everyone in the room and teleports them into the void.
// Meanwhile, upstairs, everyone else but Luigi, Marvin and Jeffy have been hanging out.
Marvin: Hey, did anyone hear frantic voices from downstairs?
Black Yoshi: Yeah, I heard 'em. Jeffis may be back.
Marvin: Hmm, I think I did hear someone who sounded like him.
// Joseph looks out the window, and sees a man with disturbing aura outside.
Joseph: Um.. guys?! Who is THAT?
Marvin: Who is what?
Joseph: Out there! Outside!
// Marvin didn't have to walk the entire way to the window to see Miyamoto's unmistakable facial features.
Marvin: HOLY SHIT! IT'S MIYAMOTO!
Joseph: What?! THAT'S HIM?!
Rose: OH MY GOD!
Junior: WE'RE ALL DOOMED!
Cody: EVERYONE TRIP AND FALL!
// They all frantically push/trip each other to the ground and end up in the void.
// They frantically run out of the house to the vast darkness.
// All three sub-groups have united.. except for Alien, who decided it'd be a good idea to go to space and abandon everyone.
Jeffy: Wizard Guy, you're back, and.. ORIGINAL DADDY?!
Mario: Yup, it's me. Finally.
Jeff-ton: Don't forget me!
Jeffy: HOLY SHIT. Jeff-ton, you're FINALLY HERE!
Jeff-ton: Yes, I escaped thanks to the wizard man. Oh, and Chef Pee Pee too. But there's not much time left! You need to absorb me right now!
Jeffy: Why? What's going on?
Jeff-ton: Miyamoto is upon us. He is right next to the house in the overworld, and he's going to do something drastic. He has given us enough of a headstart to hide down here. We may have less than a minute-thirty left by now.
Jeffy: But how should I try to absorb you? The other times, I had to do it by rapping.
Jeff-ton: You do not need to do it this time. You've done enough. I feel it in my soul. You have managed to absorb all but one alter ego, and you deserve this freebie.

// Jeff-ton withers away to dust, as full power is granted back to Jeffy.
// Jeffy then wastes no time summoning cars in the void, enough for everyone to fit in.
Jeffy: Here's my plan, everyone! We drive as far into the void as we can!
Junior: But why though?!
Jeffy: You got any better ideas?
Junior: ..I guess not.
Cody: Honestly, me neither.
Jeffy: 1st car, Junior, Joseph and Cody can ride with me. Luigi, you take 2nd Car with my new parents and original daddy. Wizard, you take Chef Pee Pee and Black Yoshi.
// Jeffy hops in First Car, with Junior, Joseph and Cody following suit.
Luigi: Doesn't sound bad to me. Let's go, guys!
// Luigi, Mario, Marvin and Rose enter Second Car.
Wizard: We better go..
// Wizard, Chef Pee Pee and Black Yoshi enter Third Car.
// They all drive off.
[1st Car]
Cody: So uh, what's the deal with driving throughout all of the void?
Jeffy: There really isn't much deal other than hoping we can outrun him. There is a theory I saw on the internet about time being slower in dark vacuums.
Cody: So special relativity?
Jeffy: I think so. We all just need to drive fast as hell!
Joseph: Damn, this speed is so exhilarating, dude!
Junior: I know, right? Almost makes me forget about the danger we're in!
[2nd Car]
Mario: Luigi! Am I glad to see you! Do you know what's the deal with that wizard guy?
Luigi: He came from an alternate timeline. Junior, Joseph and Cody went back in time to escape from aliens, met him in the shack, and now "Miyamoto" is with us as the wizard man.
Marvin: Yeah, he actually killed all the aliens that were invading before everything went all post-apocalyptic.
Mario: ..Wait, so THAT'S who the "red cloak" guy in the newspaper is?!
Luigi: You came across a newspaper about him?
Mario: Yeah, the wind flew it into my face. Of course, neither the citizens nor the press had any clue who he was.
Mario: I just feel so bad.. When I saw him outside the house, I attacked him.. I thought he was the real Miyamoto.
Luigi: Hm? What could have made you think that? I thought you weren't familiar with him in that cloak.
Mario: No.. I came across a stone shack in the forest and had a vision about him. It was.. disturbing. And then I decided to take this.
// Mario shows the crystal ball he obtained.
Luigi: You stole from Miyamoto's shack?! ..What was the vision about??
Mario: It was about Bowser-
// Back at the overworld, Miyamoto grins creepily.
.. T I M E ' S U P. ..
// With such force, Miyamoto barges into the house, warps into the void, entering with such explosive force that the copy of the house is destroyed.
// Miyamoto raises his hands to summon two red glowing orbs.
Miyamoto: RAAAAAAAH
// A dramatic burst of energy encapsulates the immediate area, with the skybox slowly turning red from ground zero of this very action. The now red ground also starts crumbling, revealing a distorted mix of white and purple.
// Joseph is the first to notice as he looks back.
Joseph: What is happening over there?!
Junior: Oh shit! IT'S MIYAMOTO'S WRATH!
Cody: Shit! Drive faster!
Jeffy: I'm trying!
// The drivers (Jeffy, Luigi and Wizard) are practically flooring it at this point, but even still, the crumbling ground is about to catch up.
Chef Pee Pee: We're not going any faster!!
Wizard: I'm doing the best I can! There's really no way to escape anyhow!
Black Yoshi: Mann, I'm gonna pop a cap on a mothafucka!
// Black Yoshi then rolls the window down, pulls out his glock and shoots back at.. whatever he's trying to shoot at in the far distance back there.
Black Yoshi: ..I don't think it working folk-
// The ground then completely crumbles under Third Car, causing the three to fall in and scream.
Rose: Oh my god!! THEY FELL IN!
Marvin: We're about to be next!
Luigi: NOT ON MY WATCH. WE'LL PULL THR-
// Just like that, Second Car is down, as the ground crumbles and they fall in, screaming.
Joseph: Oh shit! WE GOT MANS DOWN!
Cody: We're doomed. We're doomed. There's just no way else to put it!
Junior: So.. I guess this is it.
Jeffy: ..E v e n i f s a v i n g y o u s e n d s m e t o H e a v e n..
// ..and just like that, the Third Car falls down.
