Yo, never gonna give up, started off a small pup,
But I'll show you all I'm more than some mutt
More than some scrub who can't keep his mouth shut
I know I'll succeed, I feel it in my gut
Cause a real emcee doesn't give up, he perseveres
A word I learned in first grade, surpassed my peers
Into new frontiers, spent my years conquering fears
No matter how many pioneers would interfere
I would and will still one day premier, demonstrate
my skills on the mic, I just need to concentrate
Always improving, so soon I can detonate
And keep my message around, just to resonate
Cause a real emcee is never as good as he wants to be
Cause he forsee's a future on a different pedigree
no longer a newbie, so famous he's on the marquee
Once in a prison of thought, now considered thee escapee
Wandered out carefree, believes the world reset
A new bar has been set, he hasn't reached it yet
still has room to climb, so he starts it step by step
On a staircase so tall, with few people overhead
