CHALLENGER'S RAP
- Hm, where do I start?
- Those distinct sounds of me impaling its carcass repeatedly still echoes throughout the chambers of my heart.
- A wave of deadness washes over me.
- Attempting to reflect on the ripple effect
- (Is this a depersonalized scenario of a story?)
- There is blood on my hands... Blood of a beast, a beast that may not even exist outside of my own mind
- (Is this a figment of traumatization, or purgatory?)
- Here I lay, upon this entrail-ridden jetty
- By overnight amidst the frigidity resting
- Into a ball I've curled, with frostbitten blisters
- Night terrors unfurled, the darkness consumes my whimpers.
- The sun rises as chirping birds serenade a new day's arrival
- Awakened to the warmness of the rays and its marvelous, marvelous eyeful.
- Achy and immovable on my side,
- Anxious to a sense of something ominous about the wind
- (W-w-why..why...)
- Tussling in a fit of rage to sleep paralysis,
- Unable to move with no choice but to drown in its, despair...
- (The Lord's prayer)
- Whispering it under my breath, for hours and hours...
- Until I spot a distant thunder that's crept,
- An uproarious stampede of downpouring showers.
- In extreme perturbation I faint and drift into an out-of-body experience by somnambulism
- I feel the dog shooting daggers on the prowl,
- I listen...
- In an increasingly worrisome disposition the storm nears as I hear the black dog's reverberating howl.
- Woeful clouds, calamitous sounds
- It hovers over me rumbling the ground
- Debris flying around, trees falling down and CRASHING
- A flash of the afterlife suddenly penetrates my soul as I ROUSE!
- Struck by a lightning bolt (BLAOW)
- Gasping for air, panting, splashing
- In disbelief of this revelation in these shallow waters near the dock... Where I slaughtered the black dog...
- Stinging gashes all over my body, I sit stationary in disbelief as I rock...
- (The birds are chirping, Mother Earth's green beauty's flourishing)
- Hm, it was me who woke up in the center of that red circle of blood dispersing...
- This is nostalgia in the prism of a metaphorical painting.
- He was in his '67 Shelby playing Led Zeppelin's Black Dog when he called for his sweetheart
- She told him she loved him but she's a liar and a cheat and it drove him crazy,
- So he resorted to being drunk behind the wheel.
- Her unfaithfulness drove him crazy,
- Off a cliff all the way down to the foothills.
- And onto the shore under a grove of willow trees.
- He knows
- He knows there are plenty more pebbles on the beach
- From what he chose
- A lot them are in his eyes but he can still smell the rose...
- ... And it's dead in the water
DEFENDER'S RAP
- The poor is needy / the rich is greedy /
- tho, no one wes attendant at their death bed /
- It is really true they say, that you are worth more when you’re dead /
- Their deaths provided for the more and less fortunate with bread /
- Today their faces are stamped and printed on paper through a machine /
- I’ve received treats from snack machines, in return for something worth a dead president-
- one thing /
- The first dead President...George Washington, that is officially legit of a printed copy colored green /
- Dead or alive, their lives are just as valuable since their occurence /
- Unless it’s a tragic emergency, their is no need to call for police, doctors, nurses, and an ambulance
- Their deaths didn't need life insurance, but their deaths are our life insurance /
- Washington wasn't equally as valuable as a male deer, but he is only worth 1 buck /
- with his amount, thing that cost more I couldn't get, because it wasn't enough /
- with multiple thousand Washington's or 1 Ben Franklin, can pay your phone bill /
- There are dead presidents be-headed , flattened to round metals dipped in bronze, gold, and silver /
- A single bronze Lincoln probably couldn't even buy you a 7-Eleven jolly rancher /
- 9 green Washington's, 2 silver Jefferson's, and 99 Lincolns could buy you a baby's pamper /
- I drop be-headed presidents in the slots of a piggy's back, jars, and even cans /
- If dead Presidents had circulations, I would of cut them with tight wrapped rubber bands /
- put saved dead Presidents in a wallet or stash, till i've reached advance /
- I would have to educationally guess, because all my dead Presidents would be a heck of a count /
- so I to invest in them in this place called a “ bank '' , in my personal account /
- it's probably as large as a mountain, and that is a much large amount /
- There isn't 45 dead Presidents, but there are many /
- Did you know afrer Abraham Lincoln was beheaded, his dead nickname was Penny ? /
- He was the 16th President when he was alive /
- but his coin mugshot is worth 1 cent, and his bill mugshot is worth five /
- Jefferson, Roosevelt, and Washington's beheaded names-
- were Nickel, Dime, and Quarter,
- and John F. Kennedy is worth 50 cent, and his face is on the half dollar /
- I call dead Presidents bills, when hidden in a stash /
- in suitcases and bags, I call dead Presidents cash /
- Stacked and wrapped in seperate bands, are called racks /
- Convert dead Presidents to digits on paper, and it is called checks /
- Beheaded Presidents in containers is called change /
- A single Washington is called a buck, his beheaded front side means your lucky /
- In exchange for things we call them tokens or coins, isn't this funny /
- Whether it's beheaded Presidents mounted into metals,
- stamped, and printed on paper,
- or even converted to digits,
- I most commonly prefer to call it beheaded or dead Presidents,
- you may know it as money /
