I wish I was a better man
The child had it hard trying to understand
The years gone fast now I’m looking back
And the child had a smile pressing on the gas
Days gone bye Those days,,,,, they went flying bye
There’s still time to live better than before
The child never cared what it had in store
Time counting down can be scary man
The child in the wind never had a plan
Days gone bye Those days,,, they went flying bye
I’m not one of those ever giving up
The child I recall try’s to fill the cup
They say God is good that I do believe
The child new it to and it’s good to see
