Stereotype

• Written by

[Hook]
They try to stereotype me
but never know what I go through
Got so much stress it's going through the roof
Oh man this is just a bunch of proof
But nobody is bulletproof
and the stereotype made me put a bullet through you

[Verse]
I got to much stress my hair falling out
but everyday I never forget to ball out
Try to make a better future for my future kid
So he wouldn't have to grow up like the way I did
But as a young black male what I fear the most
To get a girl pregnant and never be there for her
Not because of last second doubts
but because they gotta roll my casket out
3 heart attacks but i'm still breathing
the only reason I have to live is to keep breathing
Make a kids day and have that kid be my own
But a stereotype might leave him all alone

[Hook]
They try to stereotype a young nigga
but never know what he go through
Got so much stress it's going through the roof
Oh man this is just a bunch of proof
But nobody is bulletproof
and the stereotype made him put a bullet through you

[Verse]
The common stereotype of a middle school me
Is only returning when I turn into a junkie
But nver a junkie cuz I never wanna be in my feelings
Try and I try never giving up even in a lie
Caught in a situation like it was a cage
got me caged like a bird
even if I tried to fl I couldnt cuz they clipped my wings
every verse I write is about somebody before me
before me as in I've met
10% of the people I meet already have kids
and 80% of the people I've meet are younger than me
10 + 80 + 90
90% like the amount of me that's is just an allusion
what you see might not be what you get
but that doesn't stop them from making stereotypes about me
Sip of the lean even tho I dont have any
I got a plug that I dont even call
but he my cousin so I will give him a call
but he got caught in the stereotype
and he's not me
