Talk about skill, and look at me I'm lacking

 

You can say that I'm not trying but I haven't been slacking

 

Now the goal is to keep my words nice and slow

 

I want you to hear me and get to see where I'm headed before I go

 

Now this is something that needs to be talked about

How do people do this on a regular everyday basis

 

They walk past you, ignore you, pretend you are faceless

 

I believed in you, I did, and you told me to fucking leave

 

You thought you had this shit, but you used the last Ace up your sleeve

 

Ok so now your looking forward and it feels like life has crashed

 

Maybe its because you never had anyone teach you how to be a man

you're lacking and you think getting tough will get you by

 

I'm weak, I'm not strong, and being told I love you makes me cry

 

So you think power is synonymous with manliness

 

You could find a synonym if it was covered in chocolate and cinnamon
