Ma family’s broke am hoping rap will pick the pieces

Progress still slow processing like Pentium 1 pc’s

I wanna see the same kinda money master P see’s

Lord I aint asking for too much but just enough to make my P’s seize

And a koboko stroke don’t hurt as much as being broke

Coming home to an Empty fridge can get your heart broke

Talking about having faith she’s paralyzed and down with stroke

Frequent starvation back in school could get your eyes poked

The garri’s small so we live em for hours to soak

Slept of another nigga drank it all before we woke

Agitating situation fit make you provoke

Life is a bitch so fucking overcrowded

The poor is underrated the rich is overrated

Educations the way so they say with a degree we end up stuck in traffic

The road to success is jam packed the queues are so terrific

Snail pace progression drives the impatient psychopathic

Get rich or die pathetic

They talk us into getting schooled only to get us fooled

The thousands spent on tuition was us giving to our nation

Hoping it'll be used to create jobs for the population

Its clear life in Nigeria so far from bed of roses

Survival to the desperate means to take up arms like Moses

Idle students dying thanks to ASUU striking poses

Some dropout tryna pay the fees the government imposes

All this for a degree that cant hold water across the border

At times i ask if it is worth it should we even bother

My pay cheque figures give answers that keep me calm coder
