I wasn't feeling this theme at all at first.
Time is of the essence
instilled in your mind
by Father Time and hourglasses
and deadlines
by mothers and fathers teaching their seeds how to shine
turning the vines into flowers with sunshine
time doesn't take sides
it's gone in a minute
that's why we gotta spread love and dead the bullshit
We all gotta succeed pursue our dreams and live'em
Uplifting each other is the only way to win in
this thing called life
Don't ever let it pass you by
Never settle for less, bite your tongue and wonder why
just do you and when the time's right
they'll all see
that time can be your friend
or be your worst enemy
