I've been a dead man crawling from my grave,
Struggling to find a grip to bring me back to life,
I've been chained in my own personal cage,
Living through mistakes, trying to stay awake,
"You don't understand what I've been through"
I've been six feet underground, waiting to be found,
Now I'm waking up, turning it all around,
You don't understand what I've been through,
Or all the marks tattooed across my life,
I've been buried deep, waiting to be found,
Now I'm rising up, turning it all around,
I've been haunted by my dreams every night,
They try to push me down with all their weight,
I've been holding onto feelings I can't suppress,
As they drag me deeper underneath the stress,
"You don't understand what I've been through"
Or all the pain I can't break through!

HOW MANY TRIES DID IT TAKE TO CARVE MY WAY!
