Idea for a Rappad Event

Since the cypher feature is inactive, it could be cool to do like an unofficial cypher. Have people vote on either a topic or a beat to use. Make an account for the cypher, and have every submission feature the account, then either that account or the people will vote on the best one. Anybody interested in holding an unofficial cypher?
