I appreciate the feedback and honestly? I get it.

 

However I do want to point out a few things: even when I battle rap, I don't like getting to personal, not with my history of it. Instead I prefer to wear people down with jabs by clowning them.

I don't like battling, honest. I'd rather just write too express myself.

And the main part: culture. Rap here is deep with the old-school hip-hop routes. Add to that I'm from entirely different culture, rapping in English which is my fourth language. That's also how battle usually go here. It's much more about outdoing your opponents with wordplay and clowning them to make them fold. Every now and then I go down that personal route, and I don't like the damage I've caused in the process. T.F.C, James French, Anton, Forté, JSD, Soggers, Chax. One was an LLC I destroyed, granted they deserved it. One committed suicide because of how I responded to his racism. One committed suicide because I clowned his drug addiction and wrote some fucked up shit about his brother's own overdose. Two ended up getting murdered by a couple of YN's after I called them out for being fake crips. One of from the projects, now in rehab because I flipped him fucking about with my fathers suicide and exposed his history of neglect and abuse. The other? I'm not disclosing.

Battling? That's not me. I'm not here for that. I'm just here to paint with words as an artist keeping to herself and not splatter with lyrical bullets.

 

I don't enjoy battling. I don't go after people, I just retaliate.
