Staying Up

I'm All the way up, Cause when the world erupts I know it will be abrupt

And even when the world puts me down, I know I gotta turn my frown upside down

It is breaking me down, no more friend around with all these silly pretenders acting like they love you

It is hard for me to render how I stay around, even when hate constantly surrounds me

When your parent never acknowledge your accomplishments, and your father is currently absent

But lately I've been baiting em, and lately I have been playing em my raps go right over their head like they in special Ed

but at the end of the day ima keep going ahead you tried to misled me instead of directing me

Yeah, you keep disrespecting me, what goes around comes around learn aftereffect

I will admit my life isn't picture perfect, but that doesn't mean I wont try to find my true purpose

lately you been jealous at my success, at least I could say that my momma taught me respect

Keep my head up because at the end of the day I don't look back I'm only tryna go up
