Lyrical Analysis of...

Best Bars of the Century

  1. [Webbin', Trackstar Feet, Filin' through My Space](webbin plants the seed of spider like, webbed feet aka sticky, grippy built for climbing/clinging straight out of the spiderman image, trackstar feet takes that same foot focus and flips it into raw athletic speed a literal track stars quick, light footwork and filin' through my space closes the bar by sending those webbed, fast feet moving through digital territory aka myspace i.e profiles/space being browsed)
  2. [Kill ya on Spirit Airlines,](spirit does double duty its the airline brand, but its also literally your spirit soul and morale being killed. so the line reads as both ill beat you on a literal spirit airlines flight and ill crush your spirit, with the airline being the very thing that carries the murder of your spirit) [now you on a Sky Chase](continues the flight imagery you just got killed on a plane, now your airborne in a different way, fleeing, falling, or being pursued through the sky and it rhymes back to my space from before, and airplanes have their own space, aka a airspace. so its also doing rhyme scheme work, not just imagery work, while staying inside the same airline/flight conceit the first half of the bar set up)
  3. These niggas Pussies, [now watch them quiver and vibrate](literally, its them shaking/trembling out of fear aka the expected reaction to being called weak. but it also extends the pussy wordplay into a crude secondary image vibrate pairs with pussy to imply a vibrator, so the line isnt just saying theyre scared, its using own insult pussies to set up the punchline that theyre shaking like the thing a pussy would be associated with. two meanings stacked on one word aka vibrate fear trembling and the sexual double entendre off the setup word pussies)
  4. [Caesar Salad, cut 'em up,](literally how you prep a caesar salad chopping the lettuce/ingredients and as violence slang cutting people up the food image is the cover for the threat) [like the Romans](caesar salad isnt actually roman its named after caesar cardini, an italian american chef in mexico common food myth aside, but caesar triggers Julius caesar/rome, so the line rides that false etymology to land on a real historical violence reference, caesar was famously stabbed/cut up by roman senators. so like the Romans cashes in the cut 'em up line as both a cooking instruction and an assassination reference)
  5. [I'm ill,](ill as in dope/skilled and ill as in literally sick setting up the health/virus wordplay that follows) [catch this virus,](plays off ill by extending the sickness into something contagious, but catch this is also a boast/threat, catch this bar, catch this verse, catch these hands and virus doubles as a computer virus, not just a biological one) it's a gift, [like some trojans](the trojan horse was literally a gift that hid an attack mirrors the virus as a gift idea perfectly a trojan is also a type of computer virus/malware disguised as legitimate software continuing the virus wordplay and trojans is also a condom brand, so gift/virus picks up a sexual/STD undertone too. trojans is doing triple duty, all tied back to the gift thats secretly dangerous)
