  12. Close to civil war, fighting over drivel to score
  13. A point but this joint isn’t to be a statement
  14. It’s about a man that approached me with greatness
  15. An angel amongst roaches, colour against vagueness

  25. At first I was tamed with his thought he sprayed
  26. I said “hey thanks”, he said he loves it once more
  27. But I found it confusing it was my name he adored
  28. I asked him “is your name Joshua too?”
  29. He said “no”, I thought then why would he spew
  30. These kind words and actions, for my satisfaction?
  31. Something must be deeper than me asking
  32. He said my name is Randy, I said “dandy”
  33. Felt a bit weird like Jenny Craig eating candy
  34. I said back “that’s nice, a name of many people
  35. Randy Johnson, Randy Moss”, he’s the sequel
  36. He nodded at me, then he digs in his pocket
  37. Grabs a card from his wallet, I wanted to comment
  38. But let him fetch the thing that he was fondin’
  39. Looked like business cards, many stacked inside
  40. I rolled my eyes in my head, but I still kept a mind
  41. Reached it out his hand, and I took it thinking why
  42. Sometimes you never know an angel’s before your eyes

  52. Not my denomination, but it hit me fast at my nerves
  53. I was frozen in the moment, read the card, felt golden
  54. Trying to get the youth to come to his lessons
  55. I finally understand which God gives me blessin’s
  56. In the moment I realized why he loved my name
  57. It’s in the book of the Lord Jesus, my faith
  58. He walked off with his things, I said to him God Bless
  59. Put his card in my drawer, love was being caressed
  60. The I thought a little more of the situation
  61. Lots of cards were in there, was I the first patient?
  62. Was I the first person to be given this information
  63. Pastor Randy, 20 minutes away from my main station
  64. Or were people rejecting him for broad day praises?
  65. Was God in my face telling me not to be faithless?
  66. Things I’ll never know, and I hate it

  76. I’m a Catholic, and Baptist aren’t my moral code
  77. Same doctrine we believe, but we disagree
  78. On many things, Mother Mary and other mysteries
  79. I don’t wanna leave him hanging, waiting for me
  80. But I can’t switch denominations for his own needs
  81. But what if I’m the only hope that he has left
  82. The last man he approached with his interest
  83. I guess I’m in a spot where no option is a win
  84. Either I reject and and I flip over his grin
  85. Or I enter his church but shoot my own beliefs in
  86. These times I need God to shine the brightest
  87. Cuz if have to do this on my own, I’m blinded
