CHALLENGER'S RAP
- Up all night . Thinkin bout life.
- Wondering should I even try should i strive
- Should I try ta take flight . Guess I might have the might
- ta fight and bite back . But unexplainable acts draggin me dag
- makin me mad drinkins a fad that I add
- to cope with reality that I don't understand.
- Next verse hurts worse then I thought it could.
- Stuck in a rut and punched in the gut but I keep trudgin.
- I'm plugged in and revved up ready ta step up
- but vexed with complex stuff that messes with my mind fuck.
- If I could explain the pain it'd be in vain cuz its mine not yours .
- Life is full of chores of coarse but who they belong too defines the chords
- played out like an instrument
- so these words I implement
- to get intimate with the world
- that doesn't know me
- thinkin they could clone me
- that's talk of a phoney.
- I've finished my thought and I feel better.
- I've diminished this blog wish
- I could write a real letter
- Electronic and emotionless these words are less potent

- I gotta say I feel exactly where you're comin' from
- It's such a bust when nothin' comes to justify the purpose of
- This existence, my head it spins with this
- Existential dilemmas that never get any inference
- Maybe it's imperative to get a therapist's narrative
- To give a statement declarative to see if she can care for this
- Or just to know who I'm sharin' with is feelin' comparative
- With a despair that blares and glares and then ensnares you like heroin
- But thinkin' of all these anomalies probably not gonna do a lot for me
- Gotta bring positive offerings if I wanna stop with the groveling
- It's not a thing, to possibly get harmony from me harmin' me
- So I stop to think and properly absorb this little colloquy
