CHALLENGER'S RAP

  • Walking the streets of NYC, stuck in the middle of a war zone
  • Gunshots and air strikes, but it's just my mind though
  • Reminiscin' of my last fight, every word she spoke was in a gentle tone

  • No one understands, all this guilt trapped in my mind

  • Eyes barely opened, saw a figure standing over me
  • I was frozen, thought I was heading home early
  • Then I was struck over the head, I was imprisoned instead
  • From soldier to prisoner of war, this isn't what I swore
  • Day by day I wanted to die more, thought I'd see god for sure

  • My head hung low, slowly losing consciousness after every blow
