- I left my home and my family behind To fight for my country, for all mankind

- I pray for my loved ones, so far away And I hope that I'll see them again
- I'm in the battfield shots going round me So now I'm hiding in the ground
- To many kills I can't count Now all the memories I gotta drown
- This popular city has turned into a ghost town on a rain less night
- I feel like committing suicide but my country would doubt me I'm trying to fight right
- Getting shot through the night I can't live with this fright I feel like ike
- Now I'm back in the fight I'm like iron mike
- Now if I see a soldier it's kill on sight I just wanna make it back to my family and poor little tike
- He is hoping I'm alright crying hoping I'm holding tight he is gonna be surprised when I arrive
- Please lord let me survive just to see my son one more time I'll pay you every single dime
- Now it's time to get back shooting through sand blocks shooting and bodies drop
- Shots are getting louder running out of the gunpowder like call of duty no announcer
- Shooting down the building like twin towers all sweaty can't take no shower
- Eating off them mre this is what the government doesn't want the civilians to see no where to be
- I'm alone in this nightmare I jus wanna dream I'm tired of the stress I jus want to scream
- Cause no one will belive the shit that I seen 5 years ago I was fine now it's all ptsd
- I got scared to death when I saw that light beam
- Now I wish I was back in basic with the alpha team where we all was lean and mean
- Now all we are is a mess cleaning sheets I got it lucky I'm not back on the streets
- I remember my M.O.S. was a CO engineer signed up for 4 but got a extra year
- Now I'm sitting at a bar asking for another beer while me n my buddies finally relax and cheer
- Knowing from here our life is getting better every year all the bullets start to dissappear
DEFENDER'S RAP
- The date was September 16th, 1940. An autumn morning in my hometown of west Corning
- Life as a miner was getting real boring, but I had to supply my wife and daughters with nutrition so their spirits wouldn't be disforming
- Across the Atlantic, Germany was in a hurry to rend Europe blurry with a fury of tanks and troopers
- Plunging the U.S. into stupor cause Poland wasn’t looking super. A draft was issued by recruiters
- They placed me on a ship and sent me to Ireland, a country that wasn’t firin’ despite feudal neighbors tapering dangerously close to their threshold
- Our goal was to intercept intellect from surrounding nations in order to gain a better advance on the enemy stronghold
- In time we found out the world was teetering on it’s axis due to the powers of Italy and Japan
- To which I was sent on my next mission, Great Britain, who kicked off the war like Jackie Chan
- We ran laps and trained with locals. Anything to make vocal the impending allies that would restore hope to everything global
- And throw these so-called nobles off the map in total to set in stone history so anecdotal
- Once our skill set was up to par, they sent me through Africa to protect France and their capita from calibers of MP’s
- But when we pulled up to the scene everyone was bleedin’ and needed medical attention. Paris was barren and empty
- Lingering German soldiers were the only patrollers of the Eiffel Tower that hour, we resorted to stealth and scoured
- In a pitch equivalent to midnight hours, for there was no power
- Having to rely on snipers to decipher enemies in an unknown land is something I hope you never have to endure
- But I thank the Lord that I went through it all plus more, cause it made me harder than the Earth’s core
- It made the fight in Germany much easier as we charged in like meteors knowing we were doing it for a “right”ful cause
- Everyone was dogging off our backs depending on us to persevere, the whole world was on pause (paws)
- To this day I still can’t believe I made it out of Dresden
- The blasts of MP7’s and MAG11’s made me think for sure I was going to Heaven
- December 6th, 1945. I returned home after surviving enemy attrition for five years
- The frontier sheered many good lives from this planet. When they didn’t get off the plane, their families were shedding tears
- I’m grateful I did and I’ll never forget the sequence of events that landed me in this camo suit
- Or why I give salutes to men on the same route, cause chances are, they’re trying to protect their families too
