• I’m only askin’ cause you seem “pride”ful the way you open up to random challengers
• I know lions aren’t in Mexico, but if you wanna dance, I’ll start playin’ the marimba
• And slowly compose your death note like Jerome Salinger
• I’ll let ya off a little easy, I’m writin’ this at a fairly late notice
• But you’ll be the one evicted once I pull up to the scene with Rick Thomas, hocus pocus!
• All that’ll be heard are crickets. Oh wait, they might be locusts
• I’m makin’ way for straight lyrical decapitation like a barber givin’ low cuts
• I like on the spot verses like these because they allow me to open my mind like the eye of a hurricane
• When I see one I whip up lines and put the cherry on top like I’m making an ice cream sundae
• I begin each and every day with a healthy helping of poetry so even Monday’s aren’t mundane
• That’s a double entendre for ya, I see you got a few yourself, touché
• I was generous and didn’t go over 14 bars, we’re tied up as if we’re in an egg and spoon race
• But my feet keep moving when I endure troubles, so even if I gotta drag ya through the challenge, I’ll do whatever it takes to not come in last place
