DEFENDER'S RAP

• Every day I'm diminishing ya star
• When you look up and see how far you've come
• The house, the clothes, the cars...
• But you living selfless, just provide for the ones you love
• Life is an investment, invest in yourself, keep your family protected, don't chase after wealth
• Stick to the plan keep movin in stealth, neva lose your mind, maintain physical and mental health
• That's how I ride, them lessons inscribed during the time I was runnin them streets
• Took years to understand them streets weren't movin, only my feet
• Had to change my mindset, stop being upset at the close minded
• Accept the fact that they decide to open up to new ideas or stay in fear of being nearsighted
• Learned to never assume they won't try to undermine you, rich or poor, everybody wants more
• But nobody wants the cops at their door, tell your family you gone, the feeling of being left all alone
• Just like that, another broken home, where I'm from there's a dozen of those
• Hard to find a woman but don't struggle with ho's so I'm still searchin for the soul stone
• Only trust sources that are credible, always store your weapon where it's easily available
• Material things are replaceable but if it's between me or you, your expiration date is stamped as doomed
• The canvas blooms blood red, I don't give a fuck bout what you just said... put respect on the name
• Then the cycle continues, the disrespect was the same if you can see it that way, real men know we don't have to put you in place...
