• Artists are challenged and conflicted as we chase the conspiracy
• With flames that we spit we takin it to the next degree
• As for the music we abuse it then get played like a symphony
• Somethin gets to our heads, too bad it ain’t an epiphany
• Those stages of infancy are plagued with our silly dreams
• Of makin it big and seein fame when we hit our peak
• Ego pretends to be a friend, look what praise fuckin did to me!
• Dignity’s left in the streets where we trade it for nicotine
• With our pretentious pretenses, “Quite frankly...I say!” and a sip of tea
• And so the pain and the misery stays for infinity
• If I slip up once, just look at the faces they givin me
• Guess I’m only as sane as I’m meant to be
• When a cult-like smile is the face of the industry
• We struggle on tracks like we came in some skinny jeans
• A thin, petite figurine grins at me behind a mask
