CHALLENGER'S RAP
- //verse-1//
- //fast tone//
- What is none, is done, Whatever comes, brings the run
- Ruins everything on its way, will then it will go away
- until nations collide, and we keep it aside
- it won’t go away, and that’s why I had to slay, I have no reason to gainsay
- He thought the poor, true and pathetic, But never knew he was creating him a fool
- And being sympathetic, but know I have done a regicide
- But it was done to stop a genocide,Which will arise from the slow process
- Of patricide, fratricide and infanticide,We know, we want no cold blood
- And for that we have to thrift some warm blood,Cause the waters still runs deep
- And we can’t stop the flow, Unless and until, the stream becomes ice……..
- //pre-chorus//
- //fast tone//
- But the more we believed We were relieved
- And made revived from hidden murders
- When did our glory fade? When did he become hades?
- When we were annexed, we stayed… Silent, not being assailant
- But we know now, we made a mistake We know now,how he was a fake
- Cause still the trees aren’t uprooted, and then they say looted
- And you say, we stood, good, While we created more and more hoods……
- //chorus//
- //very fast tone//
- I will shed more blood Not more than a 10 million, I will wipe the tyrant
- I don’t want no more billion, I will find a head
- To make the crown on the head, And I won’t let him behead
- Nor be found dead, My procession on my order
- And wipe out all the disordered, To remember the nation’s past’s price
- Where it sang like paradise….., were We shed blood for victory
- And wipe out the tyranny, And make a new history
- Within a nation’s destiny, To bring a world of no mutiny
- No rebellions to form mutiny….., No signs of brutally
- We all are born neutrally, And so much mutually
- We don’t want no mutiny, We want a world of no mutiny
- //verse-2//
- //fast tone//
- Taste the fury of my blood,I didn’t do it for the red
- Nor to be the one to be lead, Just that I am possessed
- Doesn’t mean that I am dead, Or send me to behead.eh.eh
- Legally I raid, Eagerly, afraid,Easily I said, Regally I shed blood
- Stead, led, make lead,Make away, oh holy, I am dead
- I have said, I am not afraid, Or come to raid, said to behead,
- I have possessed my disorder, and come to mind his order
- I destroyed a country’s monarch, All for the rain’s flood to make an arc
- And to create a way for the new hierarch, And I am no more a star for the kingship’s far cry
- Or make a nor nod to a sigh, Where we sailed high, to bring up a land
- To make people like good crops, But we didn’t know the devils grew with them,Like weeds grow with stems
DEFENDER'S RAP
- She was just a puppy when I first got her
- I still have that chrome-spiked collar after she ran away and I lost her
- A wanderer, gone 'til I thought she returned but it was not her
- That was something I had to ponder, and it eventually all made sense to me.
- She was a coal-coated lab, a portent ball of energy
- Enthralled in, preciously adorable;
- An oracle-godsend sent to me
- By a horrible, godless sentiment
- Heart-shaped chew toys destroyed. Gnarled. Preyed festively.
- This ballpoint pen's a dream, that of this being a symbolic effigy,
- (A voodoo doll, expressively in a duel-weld brawl to set me free)
- Of which I exploit through an envoi whenever 'it' mauls me mentally.
- A once-had real pet that brought me joy as a small boy,
- Progressively haunted by this melancholic entity –
- A figure that hinders as it lingers and follows endlessly.
- Here I am, reminiscing
- Skimming through this scrapbook
- Group snaps took with friends and family, my childhood
- From special occasions, to regular;
- From parents holding me at birth, in Minnesota's December
- To a newborn in Texas with all of that heat endured, Momma said I glowed like a red pepper
- To the Waite Park street corner where I grew up in elementary,
- To the neck of these woods on Ely's curb
- To my teenage spurt, in high school,
- Faded photographic memories of me and her
- To adulthood, where everything in between's a blur...
- And what I see in each crevice of the book's creases, is, look... What I see is fur
- I fold the scrapbook, slow
- Lock it back into the dashboard, closed
- I turn on the radio scan, rock and roll
- Just one more swig of the whiskey in the jar, oh...
- (My heart's broke, she was unloyal and now I miss her
- What a confliction, give me back that ring on your finger)
- That's when the phone rang, (No way, it's her.)
- She told me, (Babe, it's was not what you figure.)
- I said (Go away, I have to shift gears.
- You were the driving force that really spoke to my will, just for me to crash and burn like a spoke in my wheel.)
- Hung up the phone and peeled with one for the road, a swill
- So much torque towards the fjord I soared the Ford, the Shelby
- Whispered to the Lord, "Please help me,
- all roads lead to Rome. I failed to seek a way out of this hole, I no longer wish to roam in Hell."
- Speedily to the dirt I plummeted and rolled, mangled metal on the coast, unsettling
- Glass everywhere, debris and blood, almost killed myself
- Momentarily declared deceased, teleporting my soul into the spirit realm
- Where I tirelessly fought my ghost and you'll see me prevail
- (How I stringed this tale) (A reverse sting in the tail)
- As soon as I thought the beast died, the stars realigned
- Then I woke and only a minute had passed in real time
- This dog doesn't exist outside this dream of mine.
- It's just a portrayal of my depression.
- That's why when I tried to give this dog away
- That's me ventin'
- But it'll track me down to the end, every trace
- And I accept it
- Forget antidepressants, I can't kill it.
- I'll remain persistent, in my ambitions, in optimism
- Not to slip into its insidious abyss,
- So I'll continue to wave my fiery crutch at it to keeps its distance.
