CHALLENGER'S RAP

• My recovery is so far-fetched, I give it all but only seem to get less
• I battle my ego, but who is there to impress, I second guess like my entire life I've just been playin' chess
• I'm a Great White when it's munch time, except I only seem to regress
• When I take a right everyone else seems to take a left, I need to take a breath
• It's so hard to rest and do your best when you can only seem to take the wrongs steps
• Time moves so fast when is it gonna wreck, the truth is now something no one can accept
• And fake friends think they're king kongs poundin' on their chest but their nothing less of Pygmy Marmoset
• I'm not scared but no one seems to care like they're not even up to the test
• Why does everyone seem to wanna one up the next one up, so they suck up like life is their momma's breast
• They think they're all that but they're no Clark Kent, but let me ask you this
• Have you ever been so depressed that you pop pills in attempt to escape your own abyss
• Where you can't look back and happily reminisce on past events cause that where all the sadness is
• Yeah karma's a bitch for me it don't do shit and Nemesis serves no justice but what's this?
• Everything just seems to be my nemesis, this a battle within
• Dark times is my genesis, it's somethin' I still struggle with and have trouble with, it's so puzzlin'
• A solution is somethin' I could never seem to come up with, I've been through so much shit, there's no point in bringin' it all back up again
• But let me end with this: the hardest roads lead to the greatest destinations and make the strongest people, so if you get knocked down, just keep getting back up again
