- Let me recap back to the time
- When I was young, I committed a stealing crime
- Up till this day it still haunts my life
- I feel so depressed, but I think I will survive
- And now I'm just tryna be recognized
- Not as someone bad, but as someone who was good inside
- FUCK all dem haters who think cold and have so much pride
- But God helped me out and now, He's being life guide
DEFENDER'S RAP
- aye, back in MY day I remember the day when I used to yell at my old Man for some reason
- Leavin the house at night gettin him worried
- I never realized how much he cared
- Ever since mama left he was sad I now regret
- For all the screaming and fighting we did
- Or maybe it was just me
- Now I just wish I could just say sorry
- But the light took him away, away from the pain and sadness
- Now I look at kids yelling at their parents saying “that was me.”
- Regretful my heart carries me on lookin for a solution that cant be found
- And ever since that dark day I learned a lesson
- There isn’t a replacement for another person
- There is only life and death the thing that ties this earth into one
- Now I look at myself in mirrors and feel disgusted
