CHALLENGER'S RAP
- Happiness is temporary
- Might seem filled up but it's really empty
- Trying to get the tough times out my memory
- Was joking around town in February
- with my favourite contemporary
- Life was so sweet, but it was a secondary
- now all i feel is this sensory
- my happiness is at risk, like a hail Mary
- got me all thinking and very wary
- wish i had a fairy
- then my wishes would come true faster than a meteorite
- then everything would be all right
- maybe valuable as a siderite
- happiness is a parasite
- swears to keep you going but then watches you go downright
- watches you battle with sleeplessness all night
- with my chest all tight
- man i can't even put out a fight
- it gets rid of my appetite
