DEFENDER'S RAP

• For the first time I think I finally heard your heart...Instead of talking ovet it..
• To heal someone scorned...and torn to pieces...the words befote sorry has pushed her away
• So the next day..When u think everything's ok...and don't think twice or even remember how you made her feel this way..
• The knife you pressed against her skin continues to dig in...and you question why at times she seems distant...
• If she's truthful your uncomfortable and lack compassion and understanding and get pissed cause she is bringing up old shit
• Bandages stop the bleeding and conceal the wound as it heals.. The pain goes away in a few days then that bandage gets peeled off and forgot
• Before you know it years pass and you have been through a whole box and with out a thought you bought more with no recollection of why your even out for
• She could tell you when where and why each one was applied from the first from the last...But if she mentions one you get pissed and call her a bitch for bringing up the past
• She might of forgave you because she loves you..But just remember every healed wound leaves a scar too and one day theres gonna be another dude who notices a few you forgot where there
• All it takes is another man to ask her what happened here with a open ear and listen to words you we're unwilling to hear and if you did you turned them on her and made it about you...
• Then what you do...Call her a ho or slut when she opens up to another dude who acts interested in the things she couldent discuss with you...
• Ask your self how many times she wanted to try something new and all you could do is be critical like she wasent capable...So when a new guy let's her fly without giving her cape a pull
• You call her on faithful when faith in her is what she really yearned for hands get soar knocking on a closed door what did you expect her to do when another one opened
• Funny how when the knocks stop we finally notice...but instead of blaming yourself you blame her and make your feelings the focus...Like your relationship was all roses with no thorns
• And can't understand how another man made her walk away with no remorse or feelings on how your feeling or the pain your dealing with every second of everyday shes away
• How can she take 25 years of my life and walk away take all the memories we share and throw them away like you never mattered in a matter of days...But whats worse is your able to say
• I can't beleive she did me this way...With a straight face!! Some markers are perminet and not all words wash away..Should of thouggt about some words you choose to say..before you put the writing on the wall
• Some can be damaging enough to make the oldest bricks fall..How quick we forget the foundation fourmed with conversation and comunication...remember that face that smile that drove you wild...Guess who put the smile on her face to make you feel that way
• A man that knew how to treat a lady...if you think you have been him latley..your crazy...ISo watch who your blaming...While your comfortable giving her an ear full complaining...All it takes is one man running game to tell her shes amazing and ask her why shes wasting her time with you
• Then you continue to validate the observation unaware your assisting in his operation...
