CHALLENGER'S RAP

• Feeling great, just basking inside the rain
• The leaves that flutter away in the distance, they blow astray
• I've learned to appreciate the simpler things today
• The colors the sky changes, the feelings people convey
• It's all apart of complex, convoluted, composites
• Of life, and understanding ourselves, so we feel accomplished
• The birds and the way they fly, the ocean's beauteous tides
• The fact that we have survived, and our beautiful set of eyes
• That gives us the gift of sight, that reminds us that we're alive
• The scent of alluring air that lingers inside our minds
• The feelings that once grew from a girl that's one of a kind
• The times that in all honesty we have wanted to die
• But we've, grown up, once was hateful now we're compassionate
• Cluttered, yet still immaculate
• Graceful, and still we're passionate
• Passionate about events that to us were the most miraculous
• Sadness left us like manikins
• Still repairing the damages
• Damaged by all the madness surrounding us, stopping happiness
• Trying to get along, was like trying to do calculus
• But we've finally cracked it, and made it past our disputes
• That made us get more angry than hulk and wolverine fused
• It left us lost & confused, just thinking within our rooms
• Bout' the reason that one other would argue into our tomb
• But i'm glad the politics over, the bickering has elapsed
• And now we can finally chill, and both look back as we laugh
• As we're looking into the past, we chuckle at sad memories
• Life went so slow, it feels like we're looking back centuries
• Went from lover to enemy, enemy to a friend of me
• I guess that this is a thank you for being here and befriending me
• It literally means everything, more than you understand
• To have you and the homies, to talk to on command
