DEFENDER'S RAP

• Mike Tew you've gotta know the reason I started writing daily is to honor you,
• Of all the people Ive known you were one of the truest, the whole damn town was affected by your music
• People of your character and talent barely ever get to do anything about it,
• I put my Tew's up every time I hear somebody shout it,
• I'm really torn up about writing this, do I have the talent I doubt it,
• I miss seeing you at the local bars putting down yours,
• I really wish you woulda called me to come and get you the night that fucking truck hit you,
• I remember I let you read one of the few things I had written and you said it was bitchen,
• Everytime after when ever I would see you you would tell me to continue,
• Ill never forget you and the way you would shout my name and ask me to get on stage,
• When I found out what happend that I would never again hear you laughin I still feel the
• tears roll down my face,
• Things just haven't been the same it's true,
