DEFENDER'S RAP

• Caught up in the mix of conscious topics like bags of Chex,
• do this for my people, in the memory of Malcolm X,
• we make a mess, and people are armed with knives and rifles,
• and pistols, it makes us psycho, the system, we're all stifled,
• it's an endless cycle, not like we can change it right away,
• through the Civil War we spewed lies, the "United States",
• it's overdone to simply blame yourself and politicians,
• and that's why I'm on a mission, so ignorant people listen,
• corporations always screw us, that's American tradition,
• and now a days average people can't pay college tuition,
• and if that's too much for us, think about the people missing,
• dead soldiers on our front lines for oils, mothers stripping,
• so they can provide food, they too have daughters to feed,
• they gotta hustle and strive for the best to water the seed,
• but nowadays adults just lie and slaughter and cheat,
• caught up in things holy water couldn't wash at your feet,
