CHALLENGER'S RAP
- 30 minutes after a driveby,
- I was back in the streets.
- 30 minutes after that,
- The shit happened to me.
- 2 hit me from behind,
- the others hit me in the thigh.
- I was Layin on the bed,
- Staring Jesus eye to eye.
- My mom was there,
- She was crying never left my side.
- And to this day I wont forget,
- The day I almost died.
- So I was driven to the rap,
- But the streets was my motive.
- And I dont want to win this battle,
- All I want to be is noticed.
DEFENDER'S RAP
- Solomon was 14
- a glock 9 the only toy he had
- he wanted money and he wanted it bad
- he used to hang out on the block
- and sell drugs with his dad
- but his father was dead
- and he was fiending for cash
- "I want that green paper,
- with them old man faces on it
- i'll feel great man as long as I own it
- My dad died on the block
- every night I feel haunted
