CHALLENGER'S RAP
- This is my confession, at best I've made a mess of/
- my life, with all the stressing and this self made depression/
- it's a lesson that I failed to learn, and when the tables turned/
- I realised cocaine and booze had only made it worse/
- it's hard for me to say these words but I can't stay in reverse/
- praying that my brain will let me take away this pain that hurts/
- lay awake- insane thoughts, confused at what my day's brought/
- trapped inside a maze I find my way to the same door/
- open it and rain pours down on me like hail storms/
- relapse and inhale more crack or sniff the cane form/
- highly addictive and dangerous when it's mixed with/
- alcohol- yeah I've lived this, white has been my mistress/
- aint no way I'm gonna miss this, I leave it all behind now/
- will not hit that rewind button cos there's no more left to find out/
- just call me the wise owl, who puts the truth in his songs/
- wipe the sweat from my eyebrows, there's nothing left- I'm moving on.
