CHALLENGER'S RAP
- Last Wednesday, accidentally dented the back of my truck.
- After I axed the guy who asked why my rappin' sucks.
- Body wouldn't fit but I kept slammin my trunk, tryin' my luck
- "Ah, what the fuck, shut!" That's when the cops pulled up.
- "What seems to be the commotion? Easy with ya motion!
- Where you goin'? Gonna toss that body into the ocean!?"
- "Three I be hopin'. You and your partner, cut you both open!"
- Lunged at the bunch, I got one's throat chokin', hes gropin'
- Bite his right ear lobe, but the other guy got his pistol.
- First shot missed whole then he hit, that's how I got this hole.
- Dip, go! Tip toe into the mist, slow..
- sneak, keep my lip low... I tripped, oh no!
- It was the Most Dangerous Game, more so than the ranger's game
- Where I had the hockey puck replaced with a 'nade!
- Well, he traced me to the cave, where I had raced away
- to. A cold wind blew, knew I was through. I swear an angel sang!
- My ear's rang, a warning shot came, no time for another prayer.
- "The fucker's there!" But the cop didn't spy the mother bear.
- She showed no lover's care, mauled like she was just cuttin' air.
- Appalled, but all I did was crawl away, to live to rap another day.
DEFENDER'S RAP
- * He’s all alone; he’s pushed everyone who cares away,
- * And with every minute he’s slowly drifting further astray,
- * Because through his eyes every minute is a rainy day,
- * And until the sun comes out, he’ll just keep drifting further away,
- * It’s the drugs and the alcohol that did it,
- * He thought that they were harmless but then he got addicted,
- * They’re vicious like a snake, now he feels like he’s constricted
- * But if he was to be convicted he knows the damage was self-inflicted,
- * They’ve got a hold of him and he just can’t shake it,
- * He knows that his past is written, but he wishes he could change it,
- * The addiction is killing him and he just can’t break it,
- * And if he had the chance to undo this mess, he would take it,
- * But their grip is getting worse over time,
- * He tells his parents that he’s better but that’s a lie,
- * And even though he thinks that it’s a victimless crime,
- * The victim was him because it’s ruined his life,
- * It never gets better, no matter how hard he tries,
- * He can’t break the cycle of believing his own lies,
- * He wonders if he will ever loosen its hold on him,
- * But then boxes himself in again, by taking that shit again,
