- Shit, they never remember you, sit and stare, but never talk to you
- You can fight and bare, arms, but luckily they're tender too
- Temptin' you with a rendered youth
- They're sendin' you to a temptin' room, attemptin' to sever your groove
- But you can choose to refuse abuse
- Don't ever get bullied by yourself and then say "it's cool"
- Remove that crap and ask for help there's nothing that you have to prove
- I know what it's like to walk those shoes, man i'm tempted too
- Sent to a room to vent, mother fuck, bitch i'm mental too

DEFENDER'S RAP
- Times can be frustrating, times can be hard,
- Believe me I know how you feel.
- With some of the things he said, it left me scarred,
- The pain inside me I just had to conceal.
- I would always come home from school and see you fight,
- It became a regular occurrence it just made me cry.
- But just keep going through the tunnel, eventually, you'll see the light,
- Whenever I saw that you were hurt, it felt like a part of me would die.
- I'd be in my room and I would start to hear the yelling,
- I always just sat there and didn't help.

- I guess what I'm trying to say is that I should have stepped in,
- I could never just look at him cause he always would yell to you.
- Looking into your eyes, it looked like you felt we were living caged in,

- Mom, just know that whenever you are struggling, or striving,
