CHALLENGER'S RAP

• I believe the only way you can live life is live it like you have no tomorrow
• Why you think at the beginning I say this will be my last show
• Oh My God, living life is a hassle
• Every time I meet death I be like, “Come on now. Let’s be rational
• We don’t have to take any kind of drastic measures”
• “Fine then, I’ll give you more time,
• but if you still fail me, don’t be surprise if you wake up breathless”
• Now some people say I will be a disgrace to God if I make a deal with the devil
• But even if I did, who can blame me, I wasn’t the one who made a life a struggle
• If y’all haven’t notice, yes I am scared of and to death
• And let me just say living life ain’t much help
• Every time I wake up I got to check myself if I haven’t already gone to hell
• Life and Hell, half the time I can’t tell the difference
• What? You shock because I said Hell
• Come on now, you know good and well I was never Heaven sent
• Every time I rap, I rap like somebody on their last breath
• I will never stop for a second, for minute, or even if I trip to catch myself
• Do you really think I have time to go back and take that step I miss-step
• Nah, y’all can go ahead and be murderers, but see I don’t have time to kill
• Yes that was a cheesy pun
• Kill me, here’s a gun
• Am I serious?
• I don’t know, but don’t check if there’s bullets
• Just put it to my head and just shoot it

• Hm, I guess that time I was just being foolish
• Now some people say that I already jumped the cliff
• That I have no choice but to past tense the phrase, “I’m about to lose it”
• But I think their wrong, I think I am completely sane
• I’m just a person trying to understand life so he can live through it
• Can y’all believe that there was a time when I wasn’t always traumatized by the truth of reality?
• I use to be that kid with a smile on his face everywhere he went, my nickname was no worries
• But that was before my momma told ME that sometimes life will become nonsense
• That some people just can’t be trusted, like police, society, family
• So basically everything that I thought was harmless
• She even said that there was going to be days where you gonna sit down and ask yourself
• "When the world falls upon me, will I be strong enough to pick it up
• Or will I just fall like the rest"
• But she said don’t go around asking yourself those kind of questions
• Cuz all it’s going to do is lead up to somebody walking in
• see you hanging from the ceiling fan lifeless
• And besides, you don’t have the right to take a life
• Even if it’s your own, I’m sorry baby, but you’re not certified
• So get that gun from your head
• What? You don’t think I could it
• It’s not that, it’s the fact that you would of
• And even if you did nobody, not even I will give uh
• And you want to know why
• Cuz everybody else already knows what you failed to remember
