CHALLENGER'S RAP

• so to begin a blind battle, crouch in the bushes with a rattle
• and spring fangs out, like a diamond back in a herd of cattle
• and just like that when i rush back, a ten foot foot stick just to touch that
• looking round scared like; I ain't gonna rush that.
• venom drips come in pairs like fists, both cases find the way to the
• emergency room right quick,
• but there ain't no anti-venom
• for the seeds i plant in heads,
• like the dream the bosses have for
• us is to use us til we're dead.
• all they have we made, and we get the shit instead
• , so i could tear you down but yet
• my tongue is split in two,
• any syllable won't do, the unpunished crime called
• the government, is always falling through
• the poor and the exploited, the righteous me and the holy you
• this battle is training for what we gotta do,
• confront the bullshitters on the bullshit,
• and clear this space for something new.
• so keep fang tips dripping with paralytic conviction

• passing bankers and politicians
