• When I look up I see a whole new world
• So many places that have yet to be explored
• I want to claim them all as my reward
• But can I really afford, the risk that it brings?
• Just so my life can become a song that they'll sing
• Goddamn, this is the type of shit that I fantasize
• But am I willing to take the sacrifice?
• I mean, think of all the problems that can arise
• You see, down here we've become so desensitized
• And please, don't hesitate to open your eyes
• Cause we, have all been living in a lie
• Look, we've been stuck between plastic screens
• and I'm tired of waking up to the same routine
• I think it's about time that I live out my dreams
• Look, once I get past the moon I'll be free
• And one day soon, even you'll have to see

• A light so white and true, just think about it
• A sight so right and new, no need to doubt it
• They don't wanna leave, thinkin its unwise
• Pretending like we gotta stay here to survive
• Those who say that, can't hear the people as they cry out
• But what will they say when all the soil dries out
• We could live with less worries on another planet
• But y'all are more scared of the journey than the climate,
• Damn it, the earth has hypnotized us into being idle
• One day she'll be at the end of her cycle and that's final
• They think I'm crazy for wanting to pack up and leave
• But I'd rather die in space than sit around and just grieve
• Death doesn't have to be an option if we just believed
• We've deceived ourselves into taking a knee
• Staring into the night sky, I can't help but get this feeling
• Like we're missing out on something truly appealing
• But if we don't take our heads out of our asses
• A day will come when the end comes to pass us
• You may think that what I'm saying is absurd
