Nutrition helps you stay alive, You got 5 types nutrition: Grains, Fruits, Veggies, Protein, Dairy. 1st we start with Fruits We got 2 types: Whole and Redefined. 2nd we got Grains: bread, cereal, starchy foods, stuff like that. Next we got Veggies. They contain all types of good vitamins Now we got Dairy. Milk, Cheese, yogurt.Last is protein. That’s like meat. Juicy steak, tender chicken, can’t you just taste it?
