Bloodshed Poem

I have confessions I will never say

Halo jumps through heaven's rays

Personal struggles and demons in my head

I wonder If as an individual I will overcome this bloodshed

 

instrumentals playing whispers through my brain

My pupils dilate to the devil's outlet of tomorrow

Vessels of images flashed when my dog was slain

Levels of pain smashed my soul with sorrow

 

I tried to recover fast

All it did was make suffering Everlast

Attached to a memory from the past

mentally detached from the past

 

Recovering from a depressing loss

Observing the night sky forever

Looking at the interstellar cosmos

Wondering will life become better

 

Through writing and listening

I have been climbing through the questioning

Why did this happen, we'll never know

All I know is, he'll have a better life foshow
